Scissor-tailed Flycatcher (Tyrannus forficatus), Bill Williams River NWR, Mohave County

This Scissor-tailed Flycatcher was found by Jarrod Swackhamer and Michael Lester and photographed by Jarrod Swackhamer on 28 July 2014 in the Kohen Ranch area of the Bill Williams River NWR.

Scissor-tailed Flycatcher is a casual migrant and summer visitor to Arizona.

Unmistakable with exceptionally long, forked tail and pale gray head.
