Palm Warbler (Setophaga palmarum), Las Cienegas NCA, Pima County

This Palm Warbler was found and photographed by Arlene Ripley on 23 October and photographed by Tony Leonardini on 24 October 2017

Palm Warbler is a casual transient and winter visitor to Arizona.

Lemon-yellow undertail coverts. Generally drab, gray-brown coloration elsewhere with dark eye line and long, pale supercilium. Brown underparts indicate the expected western subspecies.
