Harris's Sparrow (Zonotrichia querula), Camp Verde, Yavapai County

This Harris's Sparrow was found and photographed by Greg Johnson on 29 November 2019

Rare transient and winter visitor in Arizona.

Underparts whitish with dark brown smudgy markings along flanks and breast. Head and face warm brown with spotted crown and black bib. Bill large and pinkish orange.
